The bathroom scales put it in the 600-700gram range.
I've just noticed that solid lights are producing roughly what I want -

But want 150 quid. They look a bit too 'blue peter' for me to part with that sort of money.</description>

Then I spent several days failing to get a freewheel off a hub and ended up pulling the flange off the hub . So now i've moved onto another wheel to get the freewheel off. Hopefully the rust is weaker than the flanges on this one :)</description>
